The Dream As with the "Field of Dreams" philosophy of "if you build it, they will come", a man had a calling to fill a nitch that is traditionally filled with Government Subsidized housing that crams masses of retired people into apartment buildings. With a little time and a lot of effort, affordable homes will be available in Honduras for retirees who's only income is Social Security.
People The people of Honduras have been caught in a time warp that has kept their opportunity to advance to a minimum. They are warm hard working people who are understandably cautious around Gringo's and Gringa's (arrogant Americans). Taking the time to gain their trust pays off in the long haul and that is the plan for our company.
